I hope you'll share what you're doing later on as I would love to see it. I'm sort of doing the same thing in our home even though it's over 200+ years. We have aged wood leeotvfr from our barn renovation and I want to incorporate it into our home. I want to take some of the traditional out and add slight modern/industrial to bring it into the 21st century. I want to thank you so much for the quick delivery of my bag and I love it! 242Hi Maria. Love your blog. We are installing garnite countertops (Verde Butterfly) and we want to paint our 80's oak cabinets a white color, but not sure what color. Our tile floor is a neutral beige with a little gray (no red/pink tones). We have stainless appliances. Out ceiling is low and white with recessed lighting. What color might go well with our Verde Butterfly garnite? I'm also thinking of antiquing the recesses of the cabinets a darker color. Finally, we could use some help with our backsplash.
